he's been back for CNY for 3 weeks
will only see him next year or sooner i hope?
hope he gets a promotion... good luck with getting a GF = þ

The Performance Series - Malaysia (Race 2: Kuching)

Super long overdue post, my apologies. TPS Malaysia - Race 2 Kuching took place a month ago on the 3rd of September at Kuching, Sarawak. I have never been to Kuching, Sarawak - the east of Malaysia before and I saw that TPS was going to organise one there. That was one of the main reasons I signed up for this race series because I thought of going there for a "runcation" along with my friends. We all signed up together beginning of the year and was always looking forward to this trip. Musical

Who doesn't like musicals must be out of their mind. Musicals are like short plays or sketches which involves music, acting, dancing, and singing. Performers performing in their beautiful designed costumes, singing gleeful songs accompanied by a live orchestra, dancing gracefully to the tune; attending a musical has always been a pleasure. Being an avid fan of musicals(fine maybe not so avid), I wondered what was it like to be on stage, singing and dancing. All the performers look so happy, smiles across their faces, doesn't it make you want to smile as well? Musicality, a society here at the UK campus were looking for performers for their upcoming musical, "Jekyll & Hyde: The Musical". I thought this was a great opportunity for me to experience what it felt like to be performing in a musical, they never have this society back in Malaysia. Yiruma Live In Malaysia 2015

Last week, I took mum to attend Yiruma's concert at KLCC Plenary hall. The hall was packed. I saw many people, mostly couples, and it was a treat to my eyes, if only I could... Anyway the performance started at approximately 8.30pm, lasted all the way till 10pm. Can't remember how many pieces he played, but it was really enjoyable. Yiruma even did an impromptu play with the assistance of an audience (she used to be a freelance harpist). He asked her to play 3 notes, and from there he improvised and played a song on the spot. Such talent, much envy. The song was called "Green Something", just because. And Yiruma jokingly said he will be using that piece in his next album. I wanted to take more pictures but the hall staffs were like eagles preying on its preys.
