S.H.E 2gether 4ever World Tour 2013
I have never been to a concert before.
Fortunate enough that my dad is a board member of the Malaysia Convention and Exhibition Bureau(MyCEB) and he has gotten free tickets.
To begin with, concert tickets are expensive and I am not working yet. Hence, I cannot afford it and has never attended one and also partly because of the fear of going alone, I need "company". I mean, it would be better if somebody accompanied me to share the joy of watching one of your favourite singers or band perform right.
The concert was scheduled to start at 8pm but even at 6pm, many of S.H.E fans could be seen outside the stadium waiting for their chance to enter.
My family and I, being the "VIPs" got to enter much early and were treated to a simple buffet. It was kind of embarrassing because we were able to park so close to the entrance and it seemed like we were the only VIPs. As soon as we exit the car, everybody stared at us, trying to glimpse and see who these VIPs really were.
We made our way into the dining area and helped ourselves to the buffet.
By 7.30pm, we were escorted to our seats and waited for the concert to begin.
The half full stadium were soon filled with the fans within just a few minutes.
It was a rare sight for me, to be seeing the partially lit stadium lighted up by the blinking torchlights and glowsticks, while we wait for the performers to appear on stage.
The concert literally started off with a bang as fireworks were blasted from the bottom of the stage and S.H.E started singing their first song of the night.
I am not really a fan of S.H.E and I seldom listen to their songs so I couldn't remember what were the songs.
However I know a few popular songs such as 热带雨林，中国话，and superstar.
They were promoting their latest album: Blossomy or 花又开好了, an album they produced in 2012 ever since the three of them got back together recently. Selina met with an accident while filming a drama 3 years ago and suffered severe burns to her body, while Hebe and Ella continue to pursue their solo careers.
I remembered how Ella used to look so Tom-boyish. But today, she is looking so much pretty with long hair and she is also married to a Malaysian! She reminds me of one of my friend and similarly, I couldn't stop looking and thinking about her. People do really change huh...
It was a wonderful experience albeit this was my first time attending a concert.
Heard that Linkin Park will be performing in Malaysia soon, fingers crossed that my dad has tickets again :D

It was a little frustrating as I don't know the lyrics to their songs and couldn't sing along, although I tried my best to rap in their 中国话 song. They had subtitles displayed on the screen but it was at the two sides of the stage, it was difficult for us to turn our heads as we were sitting in the middle at the VIP section.
